Amazon Fellows

Learning, service, and leadership
The Amazon Fellows Program connects Amazon employees with local nonprofits through learning, skilled volunteer projects, and pathways to long-term community leadership.

What is the Amazon Fellows Program?

The Amazon Fellows Program is a six-month leadership and service experience for Amazon employees. Fellows learn how nonprofits operate, partner with a local nonprofit on a capacity-building project, and build skills for long-term community leadership, including nonprofit board service.

The program is designed and led by Social Venture Partners Seattle in partnership with Amazon and is grounded in learning, action, and real community relationships.
